Is there is downloadable Windows PS CS3 upgrade?

I've also posted to the Photoshop for Windows forum.

I have just tried to buy an upgrade from CS2 to CS3 as a download from the UK
store. I was only offered the Mac version:
Loading Image...

If I wanted the full version, I could get a Windows version:
Loading Image...

I have checked my account and registration details, and it clearly says (this
is a copy & paste):
"Adobe Photoshop CS 2 Windows May 05, 2005 1"

I have never used Mac, always bought Windows versions of Photoshop & its
upgrades, and always registered them. (I've been using CS3 Beta for Windows
since it was released). Have a missed a menu item somewhere? Is it a bug? I am
simply trying too soon?

This only applies to the DOWNLOAD upgrade, not to the BOX upgrade. The latter offers both Mac and Windows.

That is such nonsense that this must surely be a bug on the UK store website!

And it only applies to the English version! ALL other languages are available
as downloadable upgrades for Windows & Mac in the UK store.

Yes, Finnish, etc, are available for Windows from the UK store, but not
English!

What have the English done to offend Adobe? I didn't attack or insult any
Adobe staff at Focus on Imaging in February. Was it someone else?
